Sonitech Precision Works SDN. BHD. was established on December 22, 2006 in Miri, Sarawak by its founder Ngu Tien Teck. The company has been established for 20 years and is an East Malaysian company providing specialized maintenance technology and services to the tier 1 industry.

Sonitech belongs to the machinery industry which accounts for 32.33% of Malaysia's industry. Sonitech's main market is in East Malaysia with sales markets in Miri, Batu Niah, Sarikei, Brunei, Bintulu, Sibu, Marudi and Sabah.
